Balance payout
To withdraw your balance, log in using the form on the right. Once logged in, enter the account number to which any balance in your UEP account will be sent.
Processing of balances and billing for service operation will take place until July 31, 2024, so it is possible that the balance shown may still change before then.
Dear Students,
As a result of the digitisation of the card system and the increasing costs associated with meeting current card security and systems maintenance requirements for the payment function of the University Electronic Purse (UEP), the UEP payment function for all student cards will be discontinued on 28 June 2024.
The student ID card will continue to be used for entering buildings, accessing printers and proving student status at ČZU.
What this change means in specific cases:
- The last day to pay by UEP card is 28 June 2024.
- The cash recharge is available until 27 June 2024.
- The possibility of payment by credit card is gradually being added to the food and beverage vending machines on the ČZU campus.
- The change involves switching to cash or personal credit card payments for meals, dormitory fees, student fees, and other services including printing and library services on the CSU campus.
Catering payments from 1 July 2024:
- In selected catering establishments (https://food.czu.cz), students will use their student ID card to prove their eligibility for the discount.
- Students will now be entitled to the following subsidy: 14 hot and 7 cold meals per calendar week.
- The discount can be taken at the discretion of the student on an irregular basis (i.e. for less than 7 calendar days).
